The Brighton based health martial arts experts are Brigton Choi Kwang Do are further developing their Choi 4 Life programme to support the British Heart Foundation.

Head instructors from the full time Choi Kwang Do wellbeing centre in Rottingdean, Brighton recently completed a cardiac rehab course in order to provide more structured rehab to those recovering from cardiac issues.

Brighton Choi Kwang Do will be the first martial art of any kind to provde phase 4 cardiac rehab giving members a long term aim to rehab training in which they progress to black belt and beyond.  Obviously this is only possible due to the restorative nature of the Choi Kwang Do and the expertise in depth training of the instructors at Brighton’s full time wellbeing centre.

The Choi 4 Life cardiac rehab programme has not yet begun officially however the instructors at Brighton Choi Kwang Do have been working with students with previous cardiac complaints for more than 5 years.  Watch this space for more info.
